Una publicación en tono de acoso en la pagina oficial de Twitter del partido VOX de España en contra de Ricardo Rodrigo Amar, director de RBA quien edita la revista El Jueves ha causado la creación de un manifiesto titulado Viñetas contra el fascismo en la que creadores del dibujo de humor, cómic y otros firman y se oponen a la amenaza de libertad de prensa.

Vox utiliza un tono ambiguo pero indica la ubicación de las oficinas de Amar y que le empiecen a exigir responsabilidades cuando lo vean salir, sugiriendo ( a lo Donald Trump ) un acoso, vigilancia y posible daño a la persona cuando le vean. El post fue borrado luego. Ante la indignación de lo que consideran una amenaza a la revista satírica El jueves y la libertad de prensa se publica en las redes #viñetascontraelfascismo. Sobre 2,000 firmantes han avalado el manifiesto, sin embargo la forma para firmar viñetas contra el fascismo en este momento que escribimos no parece estar aceptando más firmas pues vence cada día. COMICS AGAINST FASCISM

We are facing a growing threat to freedom of gender, expression, thought, sexuality and fear of difference that produces violence against the most vulnerable groups, as we have seen these weeks: increase in homophobic attacks, the murder of Samuel or the pointing out the cartoonists of «El Jueves». All this protected by a neo-fascist ideology that since it broke into the Spanish political scene is whitewashed in the institutions and publicized without any ethics or professionalism by the media, which spread its ideas with total impunity. All the people that make up the world of comics: cartoonists, screenwriters, colorists, sign makers, technicians, critics and popularizers, we declare:

1.- Our most absolute rejection of fascism. Whoever takes advantage of his space in the institutions to sow hatred, launch threats and destroy only deserves contempt and isolation.

2.- Our creative freedom is unquestionable. All those who try to intimidate us with repression, denunciations and threats are wasting their time. We will continue creating regardless of whoever weighs.

3.- The comic is a space of freedom and equality. Between us there is no place for fascist, sexist, racist or homophobic discourses. Whoever tries to insult, scare, point out and humiliate us will always be in front of us. Our rights have already cost lives, beatings and bombs. We will not take a step back.
